Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi directs distribution of white oil quota to Kurdistan at subsidized price
Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi today issued a directive to distribute the white oil quota to citizens in the Kurdistan Region at the subsidized price as winter approaches. The oil minister asked the distribution company to expedite preparation of the quota.
Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi today, Sunday, directed the distribution of the white oil quota to citizens in the Kurdistan Region at the subsidized price, coinciding with the approach of winter.
The Iraqi Ministry of Oil said in an official statement that Oil Minister Bassem Mohammed Khudair Al-Abadi directed the Oil Products Distribution Company to expedite the necessary procedures to prepare the quota and provide it to beneficiaries through the approved channels.
This follows the Oil Products Distribution Company’s announcement on Saturday of the launch of the first white oil quota of 100 liters per family at the subsidized price, to be distributed via the electronic card in Baghdad and the central and southern provinces.
