Houthi spokesman warns carriers against using Saudi airports and airspace
Brig. Gen. Yahya Sarea, the military spokesman for the Houthi movement Ansar Allah, renewed his warning to airlines against using Saudi airports and airspace after attacks on Saudi airports raised concerns about the safety of civil aviation.

On Sunday, Brigadier General Yahya Sarea, the military spokesman for the Houthi group Ansar Allah, renewed his warning to air carriers against using Saudi airports and airspace.
The escalation came after repeated attacks targeted airports in the kingdom in recent days, raising concerns about the safety of civil aviation in the region.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen described the attack on Riyadh's airport as "a serious escalation," affirming the European Union's solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its people and warning of the consequences of attacks by groups loyal to Iran for regional stability and global energy markets.
The Houthi warning followed an attack that targeted King Khalid International Airport in the Saudi capital Riyadh yesterday, Saturday.
