The Saudi-led coalition said the Houthis targeted an electricity distribution station in Medina with a drone, causing a transformer to go out of service without affecting the grid, while the Iran-backed group denied responsibility and in turn reported new Saudi raids on Sanaa and other areas.
The Saudi-led coalition accused the Houthi group of targeting an electricity distribution station in Medina that supplies power to the Prophet's Mosque, saying the attack was carried out by a drone and caused one transformer to go out of service without affecting the power grid.
For its part, the Iran-backed group denied responsibility for the attack, and in turn said there had been new Saudi raids targeting Sanaa and other areas in Yemen.
