Singapore oil product stocks rise 0.9% to 38.49 million barrels
Government data shows Singapore's oil product stocks rose 0.9% to 38.49 million barrels in the week ended Oct. 28, 2026, led by gains in clean distillates and mixed movements across fuel categories.

Government data showed Singapore's oil product stocks rose 0.9% in the week ended Oct. 28, 2026, to 38.49 million barrels, driven by an increase in clean distillate inventories.
Medium distillate stocks, which include diesel, gas oil and jet fuel, rose to about 8.5 million barrels from roughly 8.31 million barrels the previous week, while light distillates, including naphtha and gasoline, climbed to 11.304 million barrels, their highest level in two weeks.
By contrast, residual fuel oil stocks fell 0.9% to 18.68 million barrels.
On the imports front, Singapore's imports of fuel oil increased 19.1% to more than 1.15 million metric tons, with Iraq among the top suppliers from the Middle East alongside Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
For naphtha, Iraq was the second-largest supplier to Singapore with shipments of 30,000 metric tons, behind Brunei which supplied 37,000 metric tons.
Singapore is a major hub for trading and storing oil products in Asia, making its inventory and trade flow data an important indicator of regional fuel market movements, Reuters reported.
