Trump raises possibility of wide attack on Iran tomorrow or reaching an agreement

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Saturday that his administration is considering two options in dealing with Iran: launching a wide attack that could be carried out tomorrow, or reaching an agreement between Tehran and Washington.

Trump added that he is dealing with Iran "very forcefully," and that he may have to "finish the job" militarily, or that Tehran could accept reaching an agreement with the United States, without committing to any outcome.

The president said he was not sure whether Iran would make a deal, but he stressed that the United States "will win in both cases," according to his statement.

He noted that Washington is considering the option of striking Iran, suggesting it could happen tomorrow, but he said he would not disclose the timing of any potential military operation.

He concluded by saying that the administration's possibilities include either a wide attack or "a big and good" agreement with Tehran, while leaving uncertainty about the final outcome.
