Which is better in the morning: coffee or orange juice?

Health reports revealed today, Wednesday, that coffee and orange juice have different effects on the body when consumed in the morning. They indicated the choice between them depends on health needs: orange juice provides vitamins and minerals, while coffee helps boost energy and concentration.
The health-focused site "Health" said that "orange juice and coffee provide a range of health benefits, but the effect of each varies according to its components: orange juice contains higher levels of some vitamins and minerals, while coffee contains caffeine and antioxidants."
Benefits of orange juice
Orange juice is an important source of vitamin C: each 100 grams of fresh pulp-free juice contains about 30.5 mg of this vitamin, roughly one-third of the recommended daily amount for adults.
Vitamin C contributes to supporting immune function, antioxidant defense, and collagen formation necessary for tissues and wound healing, as well as playing a role in metabolic processes.
Orange juice also provides potassium, which plays an important role in heart, kidney and muscle functions, and is linked to maintaining blood pressure and bone health. Moreover, 100 percent natural juice contains polyphenol compounds that research suggests may help reduce markers of inflammation.
Benefits of coffee
Coffee contains caffeine, which helps enhance alertness, attention, concentration and mental performance. An 8-ounce cup of brewed coffee contains about 94.8 mg of caffeine.
Coffee also contains antioxidant polyphenol compounds, and studies have linked moderate consumption to a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes, some cardiovascular diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and dementia.
Studies have also indicated an association between moderate coffee intake and a lower risk of some types of cancer and a lower overall mortality rate, although some of these effects still require further studies to confirm them.
Which is better in the morning?
According to the report, the choice between coffee and orange juice depends on the health goal: orange juice provides more vitamins and minerals, particularly vitamin C, while coffee is more suitable for those seeking to boost alertness, energy and concentration.
It is preferable to consume orange juice with food or after eating rather than alone to avoid rapid spikes in blood sugar. Coffee should be consumed in moderation, and large amounts of caffeine should be avoided, especially in the evening.
Excessive coffee intake can lead to heart palpitations, anxiety, tension, high blood pressure, headaches, tremors, and sleep disturbances.
